Workplace OSHA Safety Audits
Having outside and well-trained eyes examine your workplace is a great way to identify potential violations and problem areas. We encourage your site management personnel to accompany us so we can show them what to look for.
We look for violations in:
- Written safety plans
- OSHA 300 (and USCG 2692) forms
- Onsite conditions
- Training procedures and records
You can correct these violations on your own time, without fines and without blame.
Citation Management
If you’ve been through the citation process before, you know how intimidating it can be, especially if you are not well versed in every regulation. If you haven’t been through the citation process before it helps to have someone on your side, guiding you through the process of what to do so it goes smoothly.
We review citations for accuracy. It is not uncommon for inspectors to make mistakes and no one should have to pay fines for citations that are not really violations.
We help companies strategize how to handle citations, help them negotiate and discuss the citations with OSHA or the State, and determine proper and practical abatements that everyone can live with.
Having someone on your side can save you time, effort, money, and mistakes. Finding practical ways to comply will go a long way to reducing repeat violations.
